This notice covers the Lazarus website, getlazarus.fit, provided by Fourth Day Labs LLC, 1315 Walnut St Ste 801, PMB 421, Philadelphia, PA 19107 ("we", "us"). Questions: privacy@getlazarus.fit. It does not cover the Lazarus app. What you do in the app is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Policy, which are linked from the home page of this site and are in the app under Settings → Privacy & terms.

• Our website runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, shows no advertising, and does not follow you across other sites.

1. What we collect

Visits. We do not run analytics on this website, so we do not count or record which pages you view. The only visit records are the standard server logs described below.

Waitlist and contact. If you join our waitlist or write to us, your email address and anything you put in your message. A waitlist form asks for your email address and nothing else.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic request information whenever you load a page, and keeps standard logs for security and reliability.

2. Cookies and similar tools

This website sets only the cookies it needs to work, and none for analytics or advertising. We do not use advertising or social-media pixels, session-replay tools, or fingerprinting. Because we do not track you across other sites, there is nothing to switch off, and the site does not respond to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

3. How we use it

To run and improve this website, to answer you, and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when Lazarus launches and send occasional updates. Every update has an unsubscribe link. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not combine it with information from the Lazarus app.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that act on our behalf and only to provide their service to us: our website host (Netlify, which also receives the waitlist form), and our email service (Resend, which holds our waitlist and sends our messages). We also disclose information where the law requires it, and to a successor if Lazarus is part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not share it with any affiliate.

5. Health information

This website is not the place to share health information. The waitlist and contact forms do not ask for it. If you send us health information anyway, we will delete it when we find it and will not use it. How we handle health information in the app is described in our Consumer Health Data Policy, which is linked from the home page of this site.

6. Keeping your information

Waitlist email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and you can ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any update. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email privacy@getlazarus.fit. We will check that the request is yours and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that once by another 45 days and will tell you why. We give these rights to everyone, wherever they live, and we will not treat you worse for using them. If we say no, reply to ask us to reconsider; we will answer in writing within 45 days, with our reasons, and tell you how to contact your state attorney general. California residents also have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including to know, access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do neither.

8. Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or the law changes. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, say so on the home page.
