Lazarus (working name) is a wellness and training app for iPhone, coming 2027. It is not in the App Store yet, so for now this page is for questions about the waitlist, this website, and the app to come.

Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. A few lines is plenty, and please leave out health details. Please include the email address you used to join the waitlist or, once the app is out, to create your account.
When to expect an answer
- Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask about your consumer health data, email privacy@getlazarus.fit. We check that the request is yours and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that once by another 45 days and will tell you why within the first 45 days. If we say no, you can ask us to reconsider; the Website Privacy Notice and the Consumer Health Data Policy explain how.
- A problem we have not solved. Email support@getlazarus.fit with a short description and what you would like us to do. The Terms ask you to give us 30 days to try to resolve it before you start a case (Terms of Service, section 17).
- Everything else. We reply by email as soon as we can.
Quick answers
These describe the app once it is out.
- Delete your account and information. In the app, go to Settings → Delete account and data.
- Get a copy of your information. In the app, go to Settings → Your data. For anything it leaves out, email privacy@getlazarus.fit.
- Manage or cancel a subscription. Use your App Store account settings (in the app: Settings → Manage subscription). Deleting the app or your Lazarus account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it with Apple first. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Stop waitlist emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. You can also reply to one, or write to privacy@getlazarus.fit, with the word Unsubscribe.

Lazarus is a wellness and training app, not medical advice or medical care, and we cannot give medical advice by email. Talk to a qualified professional before you start, and stop if something feels wrong. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States).
